We provide online goal-oriented psychotherapy using developmental, culturally-inclusive, and evidence-based approaches.
Goal-oriented psychotherapy means learning tools (such as coping and emotion regulation strategies) to meet goals that our clients have set (e.g., improving socialization, missing less school/work)
Developmental approaches are based on the client’s age, developmental stage, and thinking abilities.
Culturally-inclusive approaches integrate cultural factors (such as religion, race, gender, and/or disability expression) into therapy discussions based on the client’s interest, needs, and comfort level.
Evidence-based approaches use therapy strategies that have been shown to be the most effective for specific presenting problems based on research.
