Virtual therapy lets you access professional support from home using your computer or phone. Research has shown that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, especially for anxiety, depression, and CBT techniques.
The goal of therapy is to equip you with the tools to problem-solve and support yourself. Consistently practicing what you learn—both during and after therapy—helps reinforce lasting change.
Our process works best to treat:
Anxiety and/or Panic
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Difficulties with Emotional Regulation
Depression
Adjustment to Medical Illness
Developing Social Skills
Improving Distress Tolerance
Psychological Assessments:
Psychological assessments help uncover what’s going on beneath the surface—whether it’s learning challenges, attention issues, or emotional and mental health concerns. Gain the clarity you need to move forward.
We offer:
Psychoeducational Assessments explore how you learn and process information. We use standardized testing to explore thinking and academic skills. These are helpful for school, work, or understanding struggles with focus, reading, writing, or math. They can support diagnoses like ADHD or learning disabilities and guide accommodations.
Psychodiagnostic assessments focus on exploring psychological, emotional, and behavioural patterns. These evaluations are helpful to assess concerns related to mental health including symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, personality concerns, etc. The assessment allows the clinician to determine if the individual’s presentation is consistent with a specific diagnosis, such as major depressive disorder or ADHD.
The assessment results provide valuable information about treatment recommendations, such as recommended interventions or needed accommodations. The psychologist can also provide information about ability to return to school or work.
