Dr. Abirami R. Kandasamy, C. Psych.
Hi! I am Dr. Abi. I am the Clinic Director of Nanthi Psychology & Wellness. I am a clinical and health psychologist based in London and Markham, Ontario. I specialize in assessing, treating (via psychotherapy), and researching child and adolescent mental health. I am registered with The College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychologist in Autonomous Practice.
I am a Tamil-Sri Lankan-Canadian and I mention this because it’s a big part of who I am and how I approach my practice.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my dogs, family, and friends. I also love movies, hiking, and cooking!
My doctoral training was completed at the University of Windsor in the Child Track of the Clinical Psychology program and my residency was completed with the London Clinical Psychology Residency Consortium. In addition to the Virtual Psychology Clinic, I work at London Health Sciences Centre.
My research interests are in creating and validating new therapy and assessment tools with a special focus on paediatric pain and equitable access to healthcare.
ADULT ASSESSMENT
Hello, I am Dr. Gonzalez! I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist based in London, Ontario. I am registered with The College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychologist in Autonomous Practice. I work with individuals experiencing neurological, medical, and mental health conditions. My expertise is in providing assessment and intervention services to adults and older adults. In this clinic, I offer diagnostic and neuropsychological assessments to adults and older adults.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology, from the University of Windsor. I completed a residency in Clinical Neuropsychology at Baycrest Health Sciences and a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. In addition to my work with the Virtual Psychology Clinic, I am a Neuropsychologist at St. Joseph's Healthcare London.
My research interests include normal age-related changes in cognition and appropriate assessment tools in culturally diverse populations. In addition to my work as a psychologist, I enjoy hiking, reading, and travelling.

ADULT THERAPY
Hello! I’m Dr. Laura McGeown, a Clinical Psychologist registered with The College of Psychologists of Ontario. I provide assessment and intervention for adults experiencing difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, and eating disorders. In this clinic, I offer virtual psychotherapy to adults.
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based, integrative, and strongly rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Depending on your needs and our treatment goals, I may integrate other evidence-based interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, emotion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I completed my Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Lakehead University and my predoctoral residency at the Edmonton Consortium Clinical Psychology Residency. In addition to Nanthi Psychology & Wellness, I work with the Adult Eating Disorders Service at LHSC.
Outside work, I enjoy playing with my dog, attending concerts, being outdoors, engaging in joyful movement, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

ADULT THERAPY
Hello, I am Dr. Subie! I am registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychologist in Autonomous Practice. In this clinic, I provide virtual (online) psychotherapy to adults across Ontario. I provide treatment for various difficulties, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, interpersonal stress, and grief.
I consider myself an integrative therapist. That is, I offer evidence-based treatment by combining skills and knowledge from various therapy modalities. I strive to tailor my approach to match the unique needs of the individual client.
My training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure-based Therapies (such as Prolonged Exposure), trauma focused therapies, and multicultural counselling. I am also trained in providing psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments. I have worked in a variety of settings including in-patient and out-patient hospitals, forensic, OSI clinic (military and first responders trauma), community, and school services.

Hi, I’m Dr. Daniel Provenzano! I am a clinical psychologist based in London, Ontario. I am registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychologist in Supervised Practice. I provide assessment and therapy to children and teenagers experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, obsessions and compulsions, behavioural difficulties (e.g., anger/aggression, defiance), and developmental trauma. I have experience working in hospitals, community mental health centres, and private clinics. In this clinic, I offer virtual (online) individual and group therapy to children, teenagers, and their parents/guardians, as well as in-person psychoeducational assessments.
When it comes to therapy, I use an evidence-based approach. This means using psychological approaches and techniques that are informed by the best available research, clinical expertise, and patient characteristics. Together, this helps me to develop a treatment plan that is tailored specifically for your needs!
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Hi, I'm Frasia Morrison! I am a PhD student in Child Clinical Psychology at the University of Windsor, supervised by Dr. Abi Kandasamy. My expertise lies in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and teens. In this clinic, I offer virtual (online) individual therapy to children and teenagers as well as in-person psychoeducational assessments.
I work collaboratively with my clients to assess and/or manage a wide range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, phobias, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning concerns, behavioural concerns, developmental trauma, and forms of chronic pain. I have experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, community agencies, and private practices.
My approach to therapy is integrative with strong foundations in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I work in a client-focused, evidence-based manner that prioritizes collaboration, the goals/beliefs of my clients, and is always backed by science.
